If part of your order is completed or canceled due to a service problem, SMB will automatically refund the balance of the order.

SMB does not use the return policy and does not return the order in case any link is removed or changed in the orders placed through SMB.
ARTICLE 5
The customers who have registered and placed an order with SMB and its applications accept these rules and cannot complain or claim any rights.
ARTICLE 6
SMB reserves the right to change terms without notice.
ARTICLE 7
Platforms for social media are changed and renewed frequently. The changes also need to be updated for SMB services. Any delays brought on by these updates, altered delivery schedules, or other issues must be accepted by all SMB clients. SMB maintains the right not to apply the return terms in the event of disagreement.
We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
ARTICLE 8
All services and websites on SMB are processed by SMB System. If an SMB has a security flaw and the customer does not report it, legal action will be taken against the SMB the customer and his account will be closed without warning or fee.

SMB does not guarantee any activity or drop in all orders on SMB.
ARTICLE 10
On the same profile/username/link, a second order shouldn't be made before the first one has been fulfilled. If you do this, you run the risk of wasting your money and experiencing delays with your transactions.
Anyone who has registered and placed an order with SMB applications accepts these rules and cannot complain or claim any rights.
General Conditions
1. a) Incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, statements that do not comply with general moral rules, and information that contradicts International Law is recorded on the site.
2. b) Unauthorized copying of site content, in whole or in part.
3. c) The user is responsible for any loss that results from sharing to third parties or organizations information such as their user name, password, and use rights that have been granted to them or that they have chosen to grant. The user is not permitted to access or use another user's private information without their consent, including personal information like their IP address, email address, or username. Any potential legal and criminal liability that results from such use is deemed to have been accepted by the user.

The member who cancels understands that this process is permanent and cannot be reversed. The admin of SMB and its applications are authorized to erase any documentation of a user account that has been terminated by the user themselves. The user is not eligible for any rights or compensation for the records that were erased.
5. e) SMB websites and applications may contain links or references to other websites that are not under the control of SMB authorities. SMB and its applications are not responsible for the content or other links they contain.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, I reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from the SMB website. I also reserve the right to take away any service delivered to your or your clients social media account.
Orders placed through SMB websites and applications cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been submitted. You will receive a refund credit to your SMB account if the order is non-deliverable.
Orders placed on a private or lost account are not eligible for a refund. Before placing an order, be sure to confirm it.
Your account will be terminated if you participate in fraudulent activity, such as using credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency, CashApp accounts, or PayPal accounts that are not your own. There are no exceptions, and any SMB account or application will be terminated without warning.
I'm not aware when social media sites such as Instagram and TikTok will update, but if there's a problem, there won't be a refund unless the SMB System compensates you.
SMB and its applications reserve the right to take away any followers or likes that were received in response to insults or abuse targeted at the administrators, moderators or staff members of SMB applications.
Your request for a cancellation or refund won't be fulfilled once the orders have been submitted to the system. The system will immediately return the balance if the order is not fully or partially finished.
Every customer registered in the applications on SMB accepts the rules and conditions above and cannot complain or claim rights.
SMB reserves the right to change the terms of use without notice.
