SMB Panel is a web-based platform that delivers social media growth services (likes, followers, views, comments) for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X/Twitter.

  • Pending / Processing / In Progress: Your order is queued or currently running.
  • Completed: The ordered quantity has been delivered.
  • Partial: The system refunded the undelivered remainder (see “What is Partial?” below).
  • Canceled: The order was stopped and refunded as applicable.
  • Fail / Error: The order could not be fulfilled due to an issue.

Log in → Order History → View your order’s Status and Remains.

They place a request (trigger). It’s not instant. Sometimes an order can’t be stopped in time or doesn’t need a refill.

  • ,Refill (Warranty): If delivered items drop during the warranty period, we can restore them at no cost.

- You’ll see a notation like “R30” (30-day refill), “R365” (365 days), etc.
- Refill only applies when your order’s service explicitly supports it.

- Refill is valid only for the latest order per link/username and is invalidated if you change the username/link.

  • “No Refill”: There is no warranty. If items drop, they will not be replaced; you would need to place a new order.


  • Service supports Refill (does not state “No Refill”).
  • Order Status is Completed.
  • Link/Username unchanged since the order was placed.
  • The request is within the service’s stated refill period.

Partial means the system could not deliver the full quantity and refunded the undelivered remainder.

  • Example: You bought 10,000 units for $10, 9,000 were delivered, 1,000 remain. The system sets status to Partial and refunds the value of 1,000 (here $1).
  • High load: Many orders exceed capacity temporarily.
  • Platform updates: Frequent changes (especially TikTok) require service updates that slow starts.
  • Quality-first services: Slower services may have significantly better retention.

  • Fast services often have higher drop rates. Prefer HQ/slow for retention.
  • “No Refill” services have no warranty.
  • Platform algorithm shifts or technical issues can temporarily affect delivery/retention.

Tip: Choose HQ services and read descriptions for best results.

Your request was submitted to the system for handling. It can take up to 48 hours to be processed.

  • Refill: Not Completed OR service states “No Refill”.,
  • Cancel: Status is Completed (cannot cancel completed orders).,
  • Speed Up: Status is not Pending/Processing/In Progress (e.g., Completed is not eligible).,

Ineligible requests will be declined with a clear explanation; please review your order status and service description.

Drip-feed lets you split delivery over time (e.g., 200 likes/day for 10 days) for more natural growth.
