You should see the status of your order, such as "Pending" "Processing," "In Progress," and when the order is done "Completed" "Canceled" "Partial".

- I won't recommend any fast followers, they all drop fast. You better wait 24-48 hours for good quality. Otherwise next week all drop, and it's a waste of money!

- Acknowledge that the DROP RATE for most Instagram Follower services is VERY HIGH.

In situations where the system is overloaded, orders may take longer to complete because there are more orders than the system can handle at once. This can lead to delays in processing and completing orders.

If an order is taking longer to complete than 72 hours. It is important for the buyer to communicate with the Owner in Discord Server ( discord.gg/smb ) and let me know that it is happening.

One reason for the slower performance on TikTok Services could be that the services are not optimized. This means that the SMB system needs to take time to start an order. The system has to be updated with every TikTok update and that increases its demands to work.

Even though it is taking hours or even days, it is worth it in the end, because TikTok followers doesnt drop.

There could be a few reasons why your order is pending or processing. Here are a few reasons:

  1. Time: If you just placed the order and you are waiting for the order to go through, the order may show as pending until the order is registered in the SMB system.

The cancel or refill button sends a trigger to cancel or refill an order, it doesn't work instantly, it's just a trigger, sometimes it's too late to stop an order, and sometimes an order might not need refill.

There are several potential reasons why the number of orders placed through the SMB panel might drop. Here are a few possibilities:

  1. Fast Services: If you ordered any fast service it is possible that it also has a high drop rate. It's always better to way a few hours and receive better service quality.
  2. No Refill: You ordered a No Refill service that has no warranty. In this case, there is no way anyone can help you.
  3. Changes in social media algorithms: If the algorithms used by social media platforms change, this could affect the quality of a service/order and lead to a drop in orders of purchased services.
  4. Changes in the quality of services: If the quality of services has decreased, this could lead to a drop in orders.
  5. Changes in customer behavior: If there are changes in the way that your target customers use social media or make purchasing decisions, this could lead to a drop in orders. ( Example: Invalid link, Private account, Not reading General Guides & Descriptions )
  6. Technical issues: If there are technical issues with the SMB system or with the social media platforms that you use, this could lead to a drop in orders.

I recommend using High Quality to prevent drop.

This means that your request has been sent to the SMB System. It can take up to 72 Hours for the SMB System to process your request.

Partial Status is when the system partially refunds the remains of an order. Sometimes for some reason, I cannot deliver an entire order, so I refund you the remaining undelivered amount.


Example: You bought an order with quantity 10000 and charged $10, let's say the system delivered 9000 and the remaining 1000 couldn't be delivered, then the system will Partially refund you the remaining 1000 ($1 in this example). For orders, issue problems usually take up to 24-72 hours automatic solve the problem.
